2. HOW TO USE SWEET & SOUR FISHSOUP BASE 90G ONG CHA VA
Step 1: Sauté tomatoes and lemongrass, add 1.5L of water, bring to a boil, add 1 packet of Ông Chà Và 90g Sour Soup Base and stir well, add fish or shrimp and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Step 2: Add vegetables and bring to a boil again, then turn off the heat.
