Use as a seasoning for Pho
Instructions:
Step 1: Prepare 1 kg of beef or chicken bones, onion, white radish, ginger, and pho seasoning.
Step 2: Lightly toast the Pho seasoning packet until fragrant. After turning off the heat, place the ingredients in a filter bag.
Step 3: Simmer all ingredients for 2 hours with 2 liters of water. Then add the vegetables, and simmer on low heat for 1 hour.
Step 4: Season to taste. You can replace the bone simmering step with Ông Chà Và Beef/Chicken Pho seasoning cubes. Serve with chili sauce, black sauce, and Ông Chà Và satay for a complete flavor.
