• Prepare ingredients: 1 kg of meat (duck, goat, or beef) + 1 box of complete curry mix.
  • Cooking steps:
    1. Marinate the meat with the curry powder packet, allowing the spices to infuse for 20 minutes.
    2. Heat the curry oil packet on the stove, sauté the dry spice packet until fragrant, then add the marinated meat and stir-fry until the meat is browned.
