2. How to Use Nam Vang Rice Noodle Soup Cube
Serving size: 1 person
Ingredients: 500ml boiling water, 60g dried rice noodles, 1 seasoning cube, 100g pork, and your choice of fresh herbs.
Instructions:
Blanch 60g dried rice noodles in boiling water for 10 minutes (60g dried noodles yields about 150g cooked noodles).
Bring 500ml of water to a boil with the pork and seasoning cube. Simmer for 3 minutes.
