Ingredients: 500ml water, 60g dried rice noodles, 1 seasoning cube, 100g pork, and your choice of fresh herbs.
Instructions:
Blanch 60g dried rice noodles in boiling water for 10 minutes (60g dried noodles yields about 150g cooked noodles).
