2. HOW TO USE CURRY PASTE ONG CHA VA

• Step 1: Marinate meat or vegetables with 1 packet of Ông Chà Và 90g Curry Sauce for 30 minutes.
• Step 2: Sauté minced onion and garlic, then add marinated meat and stir-fry until browned. Add 800ml of water and bring to a boil for 15 minutes.
• Step 3: Add pre-fried sweet potato or taro and simmer for 20 minutes or until meat and vegetables are tender.
• Tip: Before turning off the heat, add a little coconut milk or fresh milk and wedges of onion for a richer flavor.
