2. HOW TO USE BRAISED GALANGAL SAUCE 90G ONG CHA VA
Step 1: Marinate 500g meat or fish with 1 packet of Ông Chà Và 90g Galangal Braising Sauce for 20 minutes.
Step 2: Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in a pot. Saute onion and garlic. Add marinated meat or fish and cook until browned.
Step 3: Add 200ml of boiling water and simmer until the sauce thickens. Add green onions and pepper.
Step 4: Serve with steamed rice.
