Instructions for making French-style Beef/Chicken Ragu:
Marinate: Marinate 400g of beef, pork ribs, or chicken (or use vegetables for a vegetarian option) with 1 pack of Ông Chà Và 90g Ragu Sauce for 30 minutes.
Sauté: Sauté shallots and garlic in oil or butter, then add the marinated ingredients and stir-fry until browned. Add 1 liter of boiling water and simmer over low heat for 40-50 minutes.
Add vegetables: Add carrots, potatoes, shiitake mushrooms, and green peas and cook until tender. Turn off the heat and stir in onions.
Tip: You can use fresh coconut water instead of boiling water.
