2. HOW TO USE CHAR SIU MARINADE SAUCE
Use as a seasoning sauce for marinating and preparing Char Siu meat:
Marinate 500g of meat (pork, chicken, duck, especially pork for char siu) with 100g of char siu sauce for 2 hours, ensuring even coating.
Place the marinated meat on a baking tray and put it into an oven preheated to 160-180°C (320-356°F).
Roast the meat for 30 minutes, basting with the remaining marinade every 10 minutes.
The meat should have a dark red-brown color once roasted. Slice and serve with hot rice, bread, sticky rice, pickles, etc.
