Return Policy

Ông Chà Và’s return policy is designed to facilitate customers when making purchases.

Conditions for Eligible Products

• Products damaged due to manufacturing defects or during shipping.
• Products that expire before or on the delivery date to the customer.
• Incorrect quantity of products delivered compared to the order.
• Products that are unsealed.

Note: This does not apply to products on the non-returnable item list.

Return Conditions

• The product must remain intact, with original labels, packaging, and seals, unless the product was damaged during shipping or due to a defect.
• All accessories, such as manuals, warranty cards, and any promotional items included with the product (if applicable), must be returned.
• The product should not show any signs of usage.
• Customers must have proof of purchase, such as order numbers, receipts, delivery slips, or bank statements from Ông Chà Và.

Return Period

• Customers have 3 days from the delivery date to request a return.
• For perishable goods, customers must request a return within 120 minutes of receiving the product, provided the return conditions and reasons are met.
• The time for a return request is based on when the customer contacts the store, or if returning in person, when the product is received by staff.

Return Costs

• For returns due to errors by Ông Chà Và or the supplier, customers will receive free returns and free delivery to the address listed on the return request.
• For returns due to a change in the customer’s needs, the customer is entitled to free returns but will bear the shipping cost if they want a new product sent to the requested address.

Conditions for Product Returns

• The company will only accept returns if the customer or partner finds quality issues with the product.
• Each party bears the loading and unloading fees at one end.
• In case of unilateral contract termination, the party terminating must compensate the other for any damages.
