Operating Regulations
1. General Principles
The sales website is managed by Ong Cha Va, responsible for and executing transactions related to essential consumer goods. The target customers are all individuals who wish to purchase online and receive goods at home, in the areas or provinces where OngChaVa operates at the time.
The goods sold by Ong Cha Va always comply with legal regulations, ensuring no counterfeit or unclear-origin products are sold.
Transactions at OngChaVa must be conducted openly and transparently, ensuring consumer rights.
2. General Provisions
The sales website of OngChaVa is developed by Nosafood Joint Stock Company with the transaction domain: https://ongchava.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Website").
3. General Definitions
- The seller is Nosafood Joint Stock Company.
- Customers are individuals or organizations who wish to purchase OngChaVa’s goods for personal consumption. Customers may choose to register an account or not to carry out transactions.
The content of this Regulation complies with the current laws of Vietnam. When participating in the Website, Customers must understand their legal responsibilities and commit to following this Regulation.
4. Transaction Process
Step 1: Search for the desired goods.
Step 2: View the price and detailed information of the product. If the Customer agrees to place an order, they select the category, quantity, and any notes, then click to purchase.
Step 3: The Customer fills in all necessary purchase information:
a. If the Customer has a discount code, it can be entered directly on the order page to ensure a more accurate discounted price.
b. The Customer may choose to pay upon delivery or pay online as per OngChaVa's payment policies.
Step 4: After receiving the Customer’s order, OngChaVa will contact the Customer via the phone number provided using the Hotline 0972.333.691 to confirm order details.
Step 5: OngChaVa will hand the goods over to the delivery service, who will deliver the goods to the Customer.
5. Order Cancellation/Modification Process Before Delivery
If the Customer wishes to cancel the entire order, they may:
a. Access the Website’s order history section to cancel the order directly.
b. Contact OngChaVa immediately via the Hotline: 0972.333.691 (Business hours: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM) to confirm order cancellation.
6. Goods Inspection and Co-Inspection Policy
OngChaVa allows Customers to co-inspect the goods upon receipt. If there are any issues or quality concerns, OngChaVa will take responsibility for exchanging the goods or refunding the money based on the Customer's request.
7. Complaint Resolution Process
Mechanisms for resolving disputes and complaints on the website include:
- Mutual agreement
- Referral to legal authorities
- Other methods
Ong Cha Va is responsible for resolving customer complaints related to the products/services provided on the ongchava.com website.
Ong Cha Va will receive and handle any complaints arising after being notified by customers regarding product/service transactions on ongchava.com. Customers have the right to request protection from the relevant authorities if disputes with Ong Cha Va are not satisfactorily resolved.

Step 2: Ong Cha Va will contact the Customer to investigate the cause and arrange compensation or a refund if the issue is due to Ong Cha Va or its staff.
8. Ensuring Transaction Safety
- Customers should provide complete information (full name, address, phone number, email) when shopping on the Website so Ong Cha Va can quickly contact them in case of any errors.
- For home delivery transactions, Customers should only pay after thoroughly inspecting and being satisfied with the goods.
- When paying online via ATM (domestic), Visa/Master, or similar methods, Customers should make payments themselves and keep their card information confidential. The Website does not store Customer card information after payment, as this is processed through a banking system ensuring complete confidentiality.
- In case of any issues during online payment, Ong Cha Va's Website will assist in resolving the matter as soon as possible after receiving notification from the Customer.
